A course by Brent Brown

Perform full songs.
No backing tracks. No build delay.

I spent years figuring out how to play complete arrangements live on a single Roland RC-600 — intros, verses, choruses, bridges, endings — without an awkward "watch me build the loop" intro for every song. This is the method, laid out clean and tight, with the exact settings I use on stage.

What's inside

2 part video lesson

About 20 minutes worth of educational content. Tight, no fluff. Streamed only — mobile-friendly, with transcripts. Stream-only by design (videos can't be downloaded).

Brent's RC-600 preset file

A downloadable preset with my input EQ, FX, assigns, and track structure. Programmed to use with 2 expression pedals. Drop it onto your RC 600 pedal and it's all there.

Settings image pack

A printable PDF of every screen on the pedal — so if you'd rather copy by hand or adapt to your own rig, you can see what I see.

This course teaches my specific RC-600 setup. It does not cover the RC-505 MK2, except one technique that applies to both pedals and is identified inside the course.

Why "no build"?

Most loop performances start the same way — drums, then bass, then a chord, then finally the song. That intro burns the first thirty seconds of every tune. Audiences glaze over. You don't get to play the actual song.

The No Build Looping Method is a different setup. It uses the RC-600 button assignments to let you walk on stage and just start the song. You are sneakily "building" the loops while you are playing the song.

Follow-up lessons are an add-on to a course purchase, not a standalone product. We coordinate the time over email — you send three options, I pick the one that fits.
